On view now in LACMA's newly minted African art gallery space, Shaping Power: Luba Masterworks from the Royal Museum for Central Africa showcases the artistic achievements of the Luba peoples. The traditional style of elegant and organic forms found in Luba artwork reflects the vibrant and robust history of one of the most influential kingdoms from Central Africa.
